MyIndi: Your Desktop Hub to Manage Everything on Indi Local

While the Indi Local app helps your customers find you, MyIndi is your back-office tool to manage your business from your desktop. It’s designed to make uploading events, managing documents, and keeping your profile up to date easier, and essentially to manage all things Indi Local (including printing out a QR code that links to your Indi Local profile)!
Here's what you can do on MyIndi:
Upload and manage your events from a desktop layout
Go to the Events section and click + New Event

Edit your event details by selecting the date, start and end times, address, and a little description to make your pop-up more enticing.
Note: If your event is ticketed, you may add a link under "Tickets URL".

If you're an event organiser, you can add individual vendors to your event lineups if they have an account with us.

Update and manage your business profile
Click on Settings > Business Profile
Update your business info such as adding or changing your profile photo, banner and menu image.
Changes automatically reflect on your Indi Local app profile.
You can copy your Business Profile URL and share it with your customers too.

Upload and store your trading documents
Navigate to Documents tab.
Upload your essential files (in pdf, jpg or jpeg).
Assign them to the right document type, so the event organisers we match you to can easily access them when needed.


Check and manage reviews
Go to Reviews and read what your customers are saying.

View and print your unique QR code & membership labels
Find your QR code label and Indi membership labels on the dashboard.

Right-click the image, then select the print option that appears (it may vary depending on your browser). See two examples below:
If you're using Mac:

If you're using PC:

Display the QR code at your setup (e.g. truck, trailer, gazebo) so customers can scan it to follow your profile on the app and get notified every time you upload a new event.

Manage your subscription
Go to Subscription tab and click Manage my subscription.
You’ll be redirected to Stripe to securely manage your payment details.
Update your plan, billing info, or cancel if needed - it’s all handled safely through Stripe.


Get started on MyIndi
If you have a membership with Indi Local, here's how:
Go to my.indilocal.co.uk
Click "Log In" (not "Register") as your account has already been created on MyIndi
Log in using your email and password (same email and password that you've used to create an account on the app)
