Here's Our Strategy:
Starting a movement in the street food industry is no easy feat, but Rome wasn't built in a day and it's a challenge we're taking seriously.​​

Our initial focus is to build up the map: the more trucks and events in the app, the increased value to hungry foodies. The more hungry foodies on the app, the better visibility to your business and increased opportunity to gain new and repeat customers.​​
​
We're starting lean, initially offering the essential features to vendors and event organisers for free to build app value as quickly as possible. We're taking an iterative approach to app development listening to and addressing community needs as we go, introducing a premium tier later.
Our early adopters are benefiting from free marketing on our Instagram and Facebook which is where all the foodies hang out, and through collaborative efforts with our app vendors, we're proud to see increasing brand trust in Indi Local and the vendors we endorse.
