We recently launched brand new business profiles on Indi Local — designed to help street food vendors like you display all your essential business information (e.g. your pop-up schedule, menu, social links) in one place.

One of the key features of your new profile? The ability to upload your menu so customers can see what you’re serving before they even arrive.

In this short guide, we’ll walk you through how to upload your menu and answer some common questions along the way.

How to Upload Your Menu (Step-by-Step)

Uploading your menu is quick and easy:

  1. Log into your Indi Local account

  2. Go to profile tab

  3. Tap ‘View my Profile’

  4. Tap the ‘menu’ button and you should be able to see your menu like this:

We recommend using a clear, high-resolution image file that shows off all the great food you serve.

Here’s how some of our vendors are already using the menu upload feature beautifully:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload photos of individual menu items?

Not just yet — at the moment, you can upload one menu image. We suggest combining everything into an image file (JPG or PNG) for now. We’re working on ways to let you showcase more in the future.

Can I upload a PDF?

At the moment, we only support image files (JPG or PNG). PDFs aren't supported just yet, but it’s something we’re looking into for the future.

Orange banner with the message "Sorry, that is currently not available." followed by "Ok" on the right. Background shows partial images.

I keep getting this error message "Sorry, that is currently not available."

This usually happens if you tap on the menu button and nothing is uploaded yet. Make sure you’re tapping the camera icon next to it to upload your menu.
